The Request

A company in Yokohama that had ordered from us repeatedly that summer asked for evening catering with almost the same contents as last time. The venue was large, so they wanted the same items available at every table.

Our Delivery

Three items mixed on every plate

The client asked that guests at every table in the large room could take the same things, so we arranged chicken, tomato-mozzarella cups and fruit cups together on each plate and divided them across several plates.

Half bagels, wrapped one by one

Berry bagels with cream cheese were cut in half and wrapped individually.

A set evening time

We delivered between 5 and 6 PM, called the contact person on arrival and carried the food into the meeting room. Payment was made in advance by card.

About Urara Bakery

Urara Bakery is a bakery, not an on-site catering company. Our professional bakers make the bread from flour in our own bakery; we then check, pack and deliver your order directly to your hotel or designated location and hand it over to your group's contact person. Venue setup, table arrangement, food display, serving, on-site staff, event operation and delivery to guest rooms are not included in our standard service.
