The Request
A repeat travel service arranger asked for bread boxes for an international group staying at a Tokyo hotel, with "a little Japanese element." The order grew from 55 to 57 boxes.
Our Delivery
A small Japanese touch
The client asked for "a little Japanese element", so we included baked sweets made with matcha. Sandwiches, bread, side dishes, fruit and baked sweets went into one box.
Bagged one by one
At the client's request, each box went into its own carrier bag before packing, with a fork and wet towel inside. We sent photos and the menu that morning.
Dietary Requirements
Checking every requirement
Some guests could not have dairy, crustaceans, fish or red meat, and some asked for halal or vegan meals. We made the whole menu without crustaceans, shellfish and fish. For guests whose needs the base menu still did not meet, we made separate meals and labeled them with the guest's name.

Venue setup, table arrangement, food display, serving, on-site staff, event operation and delivery to guest rooms are not included in our standard service.
