The Request
A research center at a university campus in Kohoku Ward, Yokohama, placed its second order after September: 80 individually wrapped breads for a campus event, including breads without egg.
Our Delivery
80 breads, wrapped one by one
Sandwiches, savory breads and sweet breads were bagged one by one and packed in cartons. This time the selection included hamburgers, teriyaki chicken burgers, bacon-and-egg English muffin sandwiches, ham-and-egg sandwiches, sausage rolls, berry bagels with cream cheese and brown-sugar bread.
A different selection from last time
The September order combined ham-and-cheese sandwiches, hamburgers, yakisoba bread, sausage rolls and bacon-and-egg English muffins with egg-free and sweet breads. For the second order, we changed the selection and again made 80 pieces.
Handover on campus
We delivered between 11:15 and 11:45 AM and handed the breads to the client at the designated place on campus.
Dietary Requirements
Egg-free breads, labeled
Breads made without egg carried an "egg-free" sticker so they could be recognized at a glance.
