The Request
A company in Toranomon contacted us through our website about breakfast for in-house training, to be eaten buffet-style. The training started at 8:30 AM.
Our Delivery
Croissants and Danish pastries only
We first suggested sandwiches and savory breads as well, but because the breakfast was buffet-style, the final order was croissants and Danish pastries only: 60 pieces on three platters, mixing sweet Danish pastries with croissants that go well with a meal. A handwritten menu came with the platters.
Before training started
We delivered within a 30-minute window, 7:30–8:00 AM, and handed the platters to the client at the office building's driveway. Payment had been made in advance by card.
