The Request

A corporate customer ordered 76 boxes for a Sunday meal at a factory in Fujisawa. There were three groups with different conditions: people who do not eat pork, people who do not eat any meat, and vegetarians.

Our Delivery

Labeled lids

The three types look similar, so we wrote the type on each lid. Photos and a handwritten menu were sent that morning. Before the order, we sent the client photos of past boxes and confirmed the quantity for each condition before production.

Morning delivery, afternoon collection

We delivered around 10:30 AM on Sunday and came back in the afternoon to collect, sort and dispose of the empty boxes.

Dietary Requirements

No-pork box (41)

Meat was limited to chicken. The box held an egg-and-tuna sandwich, a croissant, a basil-cheddar French toast on multigrain bread, a vegetable-omelet English muffin sandwich, a berry bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate-orange scone, with fried chicken and fruit. No beef was used either.

No-meat box (20)

The same as the no-pork box, with salad in place of the fried chicken. Fish was allowed, but as these were bread and sandwich boxes, tuna was the only fish used.

Vegetarian box (15)

Garlic and onion were also excluded. The box held an egg-and-vegetable sandwich, a basil-cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread, a berry bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate-orange scone, with potatoes and fruit.
