The Request
We were asked to deliver lunch boxes to a school in Kamakura, with fried chicken, salad and fruit, and a few sweet baked goods. Along with the regular boxes, we prepared vegetarian boxes and rice-ball boxes for those who cannot eat wheat.
Our Delivery
The regular lunch box
Egg-and-tuna sandwiches, a basil-bacon French-toast sandwich, sausage wrapped in sesame croissant dough, a mini hamburger, fried chicken with herb-seasoned potatoes, a simple vegetable salad, fruit (including watermelon), an Uji matcha scone and sugar rusks.
