The Request
A company with people from overseas, which orders regularly, asked for a breakfast platter centered on sweet bread. Last time they told us the egg sandwiches were delicious, so this time we included more.
Our Delivery
Sweet pastries
Pain au chocolat, chocolate and walnut Danish, apple pie, croissant aux amandes and a French-toast cream bun. The custard, tea custard and chocolate custard creams are all made in-house.
More egg sandwiches
Generously filled egg sandwiches and a bagel sandwich with spiced ham and cream cheese; fruit and Uji matcha cookies filled the gaps on the platter.
Our largest platter
The platter was our largest size, about 47 cm wide, delivered with a lid. The bagel sandwiches were individually wrapped and the Danish pastries were arranged on the platter.

Our professional bakers make the bread from flour in our own bakery; we then check, pack and deliver your order directly to your hotel or designated location and hand it over to your group's contact person. Venue setup, table arrangement, food display, serving, on-site staff, event operation and delivery to guest rooms are not included in our standard service.
