The Request
A company in Minato Mirai, Yokohama, ordered lunch boxes for its female staff. Because the lunch doubled as an in-house event, we made the contents a little more special than usual.
Our Delivery
A little of many things
Four simple sandwiches (egg, tuna, ham-and-cheese and vegetable omelette), a black-sesame croissant with pepper ham and cheddar and mentaiko toast on a plain bagel, with mozzarella and tomato salad, fruit, fried chicken and herb potatoes, and small portions of chocolate brownie and cheesecake tart.
Prepared from scratch in our bakery
We cut and marinate the chicken for the fried chicken ourselves and prepare the potatoes from whole potatoes before frying.
