A corporate customer needed an early breakfast for a group. This time the order was not delivered: the client came to our bakery in Kohoku Ward, Yokohama, before departure and collected it at 5:30 AM.

Each box combined sandwiches, bagels, baked sweets and cut fruit, with light sandwiches so it was easy to eat early in the morning.

We started preparing the 32 boxes the day before and finished them in time for the 5:30 AM pickup. Payment had been made in advance by card.
