The Request
A company with people from overseas asked for breakfast platters. Some people were vegetarian, so we made sure they could also enjoy a variety of items.
Our Delivery
Bread, salad and fruit
Pain au chocolat, chocolate-chip scones, crisp campagne and croissant sandwiches, plus a vegetable salad and a fruit platter.
Dietary Requirements
Prosciutto and cheese served separately
The platter of pain au chocolat and chocolate-chip scones came with crisp toasted campagne and a separate selection of prosciutto and cheese, so people could top the bread as they liked. Vegetarians could take only the cheese.
A separate platter with meat
Fried chicken, hot dogs and simple sandwiches (tuna, ham and cheese) went on a separate platter with meat.

Our professional bakers make the bread from flour in our own bakery; we then check, pack and deliver your order directly to your hotel or designated location and hand it over to your group's contact person. Venue setup, table arrangement, food display, serving, on-site staff, event operation and delivery to guest rooms are not included in our standard service.
