The Request
A commercial production team ordered sandwich boxes for a late breakfast. Depending on the schedule, they were not sure whether they would be able to eat lunch, so they needed boxes that would keep them going.
Our Delivery
Planned to last until lunch
Because the time was later than usual, we used a vegetable-omelette sandwich on fragrant multigrain bread, seasoned with ketchup and mustard, instead of our usual egg sandwich. A tuna sandwich and a whole bagel with ham and cheddar made the box more filling.
Pasta salad and a scone for later
A pasta salad gave a break from bread, and an Uji matcha chocolate-chip scone could be eaten at the end or later when people got hungry.
