The Request
A company with both Japanese and overseas employees ordered lunch sandwich boxes. Some employees were vegetarian, so we also prepared boxes without meat or fish. The regular boxes were to include fried chicken and fruit, and the vegetarian boxes fruit and salad.
Our Delivery
The regular box
A ham-and-cheese croissant sandwich, a baguette with pepper ham and cheddar, two simple sandwiches, fried chicken and fruit.

The vegetarian box
Egg and dairy were fine, so we used them: a croissant vegetable sandwich, a baguette with unsalted butter, simple sandwiches (egg, and cheddar with vegetables), salad (broccoli, asparagus and two colors of cherry tomatoes) and fruit.

Our professional bakers make the bread from flour in our own bakery; we then check, pack and deliver your order directly to your hotel or designated location and hand it over to your group's contact person. Venue setup, table arrangement, food display, serving, on-site staff, event operation and delivery to guest rooms are not included in our standard service.
