The Request
A company with many people from overseas, including from France, which orders from us regularly, asked for self-service platters with sweet Danish pastries as the main item.
Our Delivery
Sweet Danish pastries
Apple pie, chocolate croissants and sweet potato Danish. Black-sesame croissants were also included.
Sandwiches and bagel sandwiches
Simple sandwiches (egg, tuna, ham and cheese), a plain bagel with pepper ham and cream cheese, and a berry bagel with unsweetened cream cheese, plus sweet-and-salty Edam cheese and black-sesame cookies and cut fruit.
Easy to serve yourself
The platters were self-service. The bagel sandwiches were individually wrapped and the Danish pastries were arranged on platters.
