A regular event planning company asked us for breakfast sandwich boxes for a hotel in Saitama City, to be eaten during a meeting. They wanted simple, easy-to-eat sandwiches, with salad and fruit.
Our Delivery

Three simple sandwiches (egg, tuna, and bacon-basil made as a French toast for a different texture), a toasted croissant with ham and cheddar, and mentaiko toast on a mini loaf.
Salad, fruit and bite-size sweets
Besides salad and fruit, we added three bite-size baked sweets: walnut sugar rusks, a coconut sweet and Earl Grey tea cookies.
