Making all 52 boxes with the same vegetarian contents meant no sorting was needed at handout. We delivered directly to the venue on Saturday between 9:00 and 9:30 AM.
Dietary Requirements

Each box held a vegetable omelet sandwich, a vegetable sandwich, a French-toast sandwich with basil and cheddar, a bagel with cream cheese and a scone. No meat or fish, and no mustard, karashi or mayonnaise.
