The Request
An international school in Yokohama, ordering again after a previous order, needed 50 lunches for a school event, with several different dietary conditions in the same order.
Our Delivery
Marked to prevent mix-ups
With several box types in one order, mix-ups at handout are the biggest worry. Each box type was marked on the outside so it could be identified before opening.
Dietary Requirements
Several conditions in one order
Besides the regular box, the order included a box made to conditions the organizer gave us in advance, a no-fish box and a no-fish, no-pork box. We checked each condition beforehand and adjusted the contents down to individual meals.
How each box was adjusted
The regular box combined sandwiches and bread with salad, fruit, potatoes and baked sweets. For the box made to the organizer's requirements, we changed some of the ingredients; the tuna sandwich was made as the organizer requested. The no-fish box and the no-fish, no-pork box were each adjusted individually.
