The Request
A company in Yaesu needed breakfast for an 8:00 AM event attended by overseas companies — easy to eat by hand after a pitch. The vegetarian portion had to contain no egg or dairy.
Our Delivery
Four platters
Simple egg and tuna sandwiches; English-muffin sandwiches with ham and cheese and BLT; croissants and Danish pastries; and a vegan platter.
One hour before the start
The event began at 8:00 AM. We arrived around 7:00 AM and handed everything over on the ground floor.
Dietary Requirements
A vegan platter without egg or dairy
The client asked that the vegetarian portion contain no egg or dairy. We put English-muffin vegetable sandwiches, orange and berry bagels and a vegetable salad on one platter that everyone could share.
Ingredients sent the day before
The venue displayed a bilingual Japanese–English menu beside the food, printed the day before. We sent a list showing whether each platter used wheat, egg, dairy, meat or fish.
