The Request
A regular travel-agency client asked for lunch boxes that international guests could eat on the bus, with a chocolate brownie instead of the usual fruit.
Our Delivery
Made to be eaten on a bus
The regular box held a ham-and-cheese croissant sandwich, an English muffin with vegetable omelet and bacon, a tuna sandwich, a berry bagel with unsweetened cream cheese, fried chicken, herb-seasoned potatoes (made to taste good even when cool) and a chocolate brownie, which replaced the usual fruit at the client's request.

The vegetarian box had its own menu: a croissant vegetable sandwich, an English-muffin vegetable omelet sandwich, a berry bagel with cream cheese, an egg sandwich, salad and a chocolate brownie.
