The Request

A repeat travel service arranger needed 108 lunches for an overseas tour group, to be eaten on the bus or outdoors between sightseeing stops. Several guests had individual dietary conditions.

Our Delivery

Easy to eat between stops

The boxes were built around sandwiches and bread, with side dishes, fruit and baked sweets — easy to pick up and eat while on the move.

Name stickers and separate bags

Separate-menu boxes carried name stickers supplied by the client. Boxes for guides and staff went in separate paper bags, with a fork and wet towel in every box. We sent photos and the menu that morning for the client to check before delivery.

Dietary Requirements

One separate meal at a time

Some guests were vegan, some could not have dairy, some could not have pork and some could not eat bread. We checked each condition in advance and made the whole menu without seafood. Guests with individual conditions each received a separate meal, and guests who could not eat bread received a rice-ball box.
